Arlay is software that helps clinics answer leads and book appointments over WhatsApp. By using Arlay you agree to these terms.

Clinics are responsible for the accuracy of their treatments, prices, availability, and for honoring the appointments booked through Arlay. Bookings are operated by the clinic; Arlay facilitates the conversation and scheduling.

You agree not to use Arlay for unlawful, misleading, or abusive messaging, and to comply with WhatsApp's and Meta's policies as well as applicable advertising and healthcare rules.

Arlay does not provide medical advice. Clinical questions are referred to qualified clinic staff. Nothing generated by the assistant is a substitute for professional care.

We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

To the extent permitted by law, Arlay is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
